Q: Payment terms
A: T/T (Telegraphic transfer/ Wire transfer): 30% deposit, the balance is against copy of B/L, D/P and O/A under SINOSURE, Other payment terms can be negotiated.

Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can make OEM products but also ODM.
-We can design the label on the packaging and cartons as required for your brand.

Q: We would like to have a look at a sample before we continue with the orders. Can we obtain a sample from you?
A: Yes, we can provide samples of all our current products free of charge but courier charge collected. Simply click on contact us and send us your requests.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality first is our factory concept. We have a impeccable QC system and BRC.
1. All raw materials we used are environmental-friendly and imported from oversea market.
2. Skillful workers take care every details in handling the producing and packing processes;
3. Quality Control Department have the very strict inspection quality standard for QC accordingly.

Q: What information should I let you know if I want a quotation?
1. Bag type, material( HDPE or LDPE), film color.
2. The size of the product (Length * Width * Height) and the thickness, packaging details as well as the printing design.
3. Quantity requirement to get the material blending formula.
4. If it is possible, pls also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying, if not,we will recommend regular products with details for reference.
