1. Introduction:

1. This machine is used to produce pellet feed for pig, cattle, sheep, rabbit, chicken, duck, fish, etc;

2. The raw material could be corn, soybeans, fish meal, wheat bran, grass, alfalfa, straw etc materials.

3. The moisture content of material could be: 12%-16%.

4. The size of material could be: 6mm.

2.Working Principle:
 
1). It consists of the feeder, the conditioner, the flat die and the motor, the electric control cabinet .  
 
2). Firstly, the material go through the feeder from which the material can flow into the pellet machine at the best speed to ensure the full load working of the pellet machine  
 
3). And then the hot dry steam mix with the material and soften,steam the material for easier pelletizing.and this design can also extend its life.  
 
4). Finally the softened and steamed material go through the flat  die to be maked into pellet, we can adjust the flat die to get different size of pellets.
